I don't know what caused the third; I don't think it directly followed any mission. It may have been the result of quitting out of a Clutch Nixon stunt that I couldn't beat. fixes
There are three regions in the game that work independently, and each region is controlled by one of the three Seed lieutenants. Once you defeat the leader of a region, it becomes PERMANENTLY absent of enemy spawns, and once you defeat the final boss, John Seed, the entire game becomes absent of enemies to kill.

Far Cry 5. I got the alert that a capture party was coming, and I realized I had a helicopter nearby. I got in, and was flying away pretty high up. About a minute later, I hear an arrow fly through the air and hit me while I'm still in the helicopter and I fall unconscious. Not sure how they picked me up from that, but it was startling and

Hi, So after I completed the last quest i needed to fight John Seed i fast-traveled to Fall's End (because that's where the mission was located). I was in radio chatter with Johnny Boy, but when I got there the church and the rest of the town remained the same.
