The standard E46 saloon / sedan front door speakers are a bit of an odd size, due to the lack of depth in the door, the largest aftermarket speaker you can fit is 5.25" mounted on an adaptor. You should be running a 225/45 on the front, this gives a sidewall height of 101.25 mm. If you are looking to have a staggered fitment, then your rear choice can be the 245 or the 255, if the front is a 225/45. The wiper motor shaft spun. You need to take that whole wiper motor assembly out and realign it. I don't know how to align it and haven't seen any How To threads on the subject. You may want replace it with a good used one. A new one from ECS Tuning is $383.68 (as of 2/4/2014) and the part number is 61617071693.

Check for Voltage (12V+) in reference to ground (any chassis point) at the Black wire, Pin #21 of Connector X14270 at the JBE, and/or at Pin #1 of Connector X107 at the Pump, when the Wiper stalk is pulled. search. But basically, the Bosch Icon's are the OEM equivalents. The problem with them is that they come in english sizes (inches) and the OEM ones are in metric sizes. The differnce is minor, but people have complained they dont sit fully flush. That said, for what they cost, (15-20 each), I got the actual BMW ones for I think $45 from ECS tuning.
This could be one of two things. In any case you need to remove the wiper assembly to fix it. This is a relatively easy thing to do it is just a massive pain in the ass. yeah. i'm prepared to take a bit of road noise hit when i get the 17" rims (looking at style 119's) and performance tires, but it'll totally be worth it. i like my stock non-sport 325i's cushy ride but just need a little more bite from the tires and less roll in the corners - i'm hoping new wheels/tires and stiffer sways will take care of it w/o losing too much ride quality.
